 Insert "If the director provides for voting by use of electronic                               
balloting equipment, the director shall provide electronic balloting                            
equipment that would allow voters with disabilities, including                                  
those who are blind or visually impaired, to cast private,

Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that                                         
Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no objection, it was so
